1. What are the age criteria for Admission?

2. What documents are required for admission?

The following documents are essential for the admission procedure:

  1. Birth certificate of the child (original and photocopy)
  2. Six passport-sized photographs of the child. (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm)
  3. Family photograph- Father Mother and child (seeking admission) only. (6 inch×4 inch)
  4. Aadhar card copies of the child and both parents
  5. Photocopy of the child’s previous academic records (for Grade 1 and above)
  6. Transfer certificate (for students seeking admission to Grade 2 and above)
  7. Blood group certificate of the child
  8. Medical fitness certificate of the child from an MBBS or MD doctor
  9. Caste Certificate is Mandatory (if applicable)
  10. Proof of Residence if Different from Child’s Aadhar.

3. What is the administrative structure of the school?

The school is managed by the Trust, a reputable organization with a strong presence in the educational sector. Trust is governed by a board of trustees comprising experienced individuals from the Mumbai and Vasai-Virar regions with the collective experience of 25 years in the field of education. The trust currently oversees the operations of four pre-schools and one SSC board school, bringing a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our school’s management.

4. How do I communicate with the school in case of concerns?

You can reach out to the school administration via the school app, email id’s mentioned in the almanac or through the helpdesk numbers. With the prior appointment through the given mode of communication, you can meet the authorities.

5. How does the school maintain open communication with parents?

We foster open communication with parents through the school app, ensuring seamless and regular updates about your child’s academic journey, school activities, and other important information. We also have a dedicated day assigned for the parents to meet the faculty and staff without any appointment.

6. Can we meet the faculty to discuss student-related queries?

Yes, you can meet the authorities through prior appointments using the given mode of communication or you can visit school, as we have one dedicated day for parents to meet the faculty without any appointment.

7. What safety measures are in place at the school?

Our school has a comprehensive safety plan in place, including CCTV cameras, secure entry and exit points, we have a dedicated security staff assigned to ensure safety as our prime concern. We have a doctor on call and a committed in-house nurse keeping the safety of our students intact and a proper fire equipment safety tools. We regularly train the staff and faculty to be equipped with drills and guidance to train them for any unforeseen circumstances.

8. What is the school uniform policy?

All students are required to wear the regular school uniform and PE uniform on designated days. Being a sports and art integrated school we follow the PT uniform for four days in a week and one day assigned  for our school uniform.

9. How does the school support the overall development of students beyond academics being a sports integrated school?

Our school offers a diverse range of extracurricular activities to promote students’ physical and mental well-being. We provide 7 sports options, comprising 3 indoor and 4 outdoor games, to cater to different interests and abilities. We as school want to build the enthusiasm in students so, we provide them with basic training upto grade 5 and from grade 6 the students have the liberty to excel in any one sport according to their preference and have a proper training.

Additionally, we nurture creativity through visual arts, including art and craft, as well as performing arts, such as dance, music, speech, and drama. The same goes with the arts, we provide training from grade 1 to 5 to every child to build the spark and passion and from grade 6 onwards the students can choose one art form for excellence.

By offering these opportunities, we aim to foster individuality and recognize the unique talents and strengths of each student. By doing so, we believe in empowering students to reach their full potential.

10. Does the school offer transportation services?

Yes, we have a trusted third-party vendor that provides safe and secure bus services with a GPS tracking system for students across various routes. 12. Is an entrance exam or evaluation required as part of the admission process?

Yes, there will be two rounds of interaction for the child:

  1. The first round consists of an interaction of the child with the teacher, a basic assessment in the subjects like English and Mathematics may be conducted to understand the child’s academic level and the parent will proceed the interaction with the admission counsellor.
  2. Child along with the parent will have the second interaction round with the Principal or Vice-Principal.

13. What are the school timings?

  • Nursery & KG: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Grades 1 to 8: 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM

14. Does the school offer a meal program or cafeteria service?

Yes, the school canteen provides healthy vegetarian meals and snacks for students at an extra cost. Parents need to subscribe for this service. For Grade 1-3 , the notes are sent to the students for reference and we don’t ask them for any homework, the child completes the written work in school itself wherein grade 4 onwards we provide them with notes and it is expected for the student to practice writing skills at home at their own discretion.

Our assessment pattern comprises of the formative and summative type of assessment. Under Formative evaluation we have an  on-going process practiced which includes the projects, orals, Vivas, culminations, flip classroom carousels, activity based learning strategies and under summative evaluation we cater to written examination, cyclic tests  which balance the child’s pedagogy and growth prospects excelling in education with holistic development.

Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, with approximately 40-42 students per class, to ensure that each student receives individualized attention and a more personalized learning experience. The board regulation states that we need to have 1.5 teacher :1 division. However, as school cater to 2 teacher: 1 division. In regards to the Pri- primary section the ratio is 3 teacher: 1 division.
