General Instructions IGS Admission

Overview of the Admission Procedure

At i Global School, we aim to make the admission process smooth and transparent for parents and students alike. Our process is designed to give us a clear understanding of your child’s abilities and your family’s expectations. The admission procedure is divided into five key stages, and both parents are required to visit the school at least twice during this process to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.

For any queries about the admission process, form filling, or technical issues, please call 7498374396 / 7709888445 or

Stage 1: Online Registration and Submission

  • To begin the admission process, you must fill out the online registration form. There is a non-refundable registration fee of 200.
  • Ensure you fill in all the required details correctly, as incomplete forms may lead to the rejection of your application.
  • Along with the online form, you will need to upload:
  • A family photograph (6 x 4 inches) which includes both parents and the child.
  • A passport-size photograph of your child (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
  • Once your application is submitted, the school’s admission team will review the form and documents.
  • You will receive an update on your application via email within 15 days. You can also check the status of your application by logging into the school portal.
  • If you do not hear from us within this period, your application may be on hold or rejected.
  • Ensure that all information is accurate, as errors in the form may lead to immediate rejection.

Stage 2: First Round of Interaction with the Teacher

  • If your application is approved, the school will schedule a child interaction session with one of our experienced teachers. This session allows us to observe your child’s communication skills, behaviour, and overall personality.
  • Both parents must accompany the child to this interaction.
  • If you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time, you can reschedule it by replying to the email or contacting the school.
  • After the interaction, the school will provide updates via email or through the portal within 15 days.
  • If you don’t receive a response within this period, your application may be on hold or rejected.

Stage 3: Second Round of Interaction with the Principal or Vice Principal

  • If your child is shortlisted, a second interaction session will be scheduled with the Principal or Vice Principal. This is a more detailed discussion where the school will assess your child’s strengths, and you can discuss your educational goals for your child.
  • Both parents and the child must attend this session.
  • Following the interaction, you will be informed of the outcome within a few days. If approved, you will have 10 days to submit the required documents and complete the next steps of the admission process.
  • Failure to submit the documents within this period will result in the rejection of your application.
